A highlight in our 25-year history was the opening of our location in Berlin six years ago – the OINK IT-Service team was launched. From the very beginning, we were able to provide 1st and 2nd level support for all software products of our partner 3M™ Health Informations Systems (Solventum for a few weeks now) in Germany. In the following years, further IT services such as installations, administration, training and webinar hosting were added. And the tasks also became more international: our team now also provides support on behalf of our customers in Switzerland, Belgium and the UK.
