When you submit an enquiry via the contact form on the website, we ask for personal details. We ask for your first name, surname and email address.
OINK Media GmbH does not disclose your personal data to third parties.
Personal data is any information that can be used to identify you and that can be traced back to you – for example, your name, email address and telephone number.
– OINK Recruiting GmbH:
In the course of supporting our customers in filling advertised positions, we collect specific data on the person to be placed, including master data (such as name, gender, title, date of birth), contact details (address, private telephone or mobile number, private email address, URLs to social networks such as XING, LinkedIn, etc.) and, in particular, data on education, degrees obtained, additional qualifications, skills, language skills, etc., and professional experience, including relevant industry and management experience, for the purpose of assessing potential suitability for a specific position to be filled by the customer. For this purpose, information on availability and – if relevant to the position to be filled – mobility is also usually required.
We evaluate this data based on the specific requirements of concrete job profiles and compare it with the profiles of other potential candidates in order to enable an appropriate decision based on objective criteria (made in a non-automated manner) as to whether the individual profile is suitable for a position to be filled with our support at the customer’s site. We use the address and contact details exclusively for the purpose of communicating with the applicant for this purpose.
The data we collect in this way is stored exclusively for the purposes described, and only our internal and/or external employees who are committed to data protection have access to it.
The necessary storage and processing of this data initially takes place solely with regard to the specific position presented, which we are assisting in filling.
Regardless of this, the data collected will not be passed on to our customers or other third parties without the additional involvement of the candidate.
If the candidate does not wish the data to be passed on in such an individual case, he/she may declare his/her prior objection to the transfer in connection with this information.
