For the North Rhine-Westphalia Chamber of Agriculture, the OINK Media creation team conceived, designed and implemented the new NRW Agrar app.
The central requirement: to create an attractive, secure and, above all, user-friendly digital interface to the Chamber of Agriculture’s offerings for around 34,000 agricultural businesses in NRW in terms of content and design.
Not only the complexity of the development, but also the project management with the coordination of numerous specialist departments and data sources placed high demands on the cooperation of all involved in view of a very ambitious schedule.
The result is impressive!
The app provides current local information, points out important agricultural deadlines and dates, provides information services, offers contact to advisors of the NRW Chamber of Agriculture, shows the agricultural weather of the German Weather Service, contains daily updated market prices and enables access to the NRW fertilizer portal. Further services and offers of the NRW Chamber of Agriculture will gradually be integrated into the app. The app thus offers unique added value for agricultural businesses in NRW. The app has already been downloaded many thousands of times and has received consistently positive reviews.
