IT Specialist for Systems Integration (M/F/D).

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES.
- Installation and configuration of new operating systems
- Fault analysis and resolution, as well as customer communication as part of client support
- Support with the implementation of IT projects
- Onboarding and offboarding new employees from an IT perspective
THIS IS WHAT WE HOPE YOU WILL DO.
- A completed apprenticeship or further training as an IT specialist (m/f/d), e.g. in system integration, or a comparable qualification
- Good knowledge of Windows 10
- Initial experiences with Active Directory
- A strong focus on customer service and excellent communication skills
- The ability to work well in a team and a high degree of self-organisation
