QM-Portal

The 3M QM-Portal is the web-based system for the efficient optimisation of quality management in your hospital with its document management system and modules for self-assessment and certification, for surveys and evaluations, for the development of an intranet and for the creation of structured quality reports. Using the role system of the 3M QM-Portal you can include employees or department in the quality management process in a targeted way and thereby share the responsibility across many parties.

Document management system (DMS)

This module allows you to enter QM-relevant documents centrally and make them available to employees at their workstations on a decentralized basis. All the requirements of classic quality management are taken into account: e.g. release, versioning, validity or traceability
You receive a tool to present your company individually. With your organizational structure, individual templates (with logo(s), placeholders, etc.), workflows for approval and authorizations, according to your requirements.

If you wish, you can also display your corporate design in the interface with just a few clicks to give employees a sense of belonging to the company.
You can also set individual intervals for reminder e-mails or confirm that certain documents have been acknowledged in the software.

With various settings, you can adapt the DMS to suit your needs, whether as an individual institution or as an institution with various facilities.

Intranet

This module provides you with a comprehensive and target group-oriented intranet, tailored to your corporate design and your desired information. You determine whether and how you want to use the telephone list, bulletin board or training calendar. In addition, all other modules of the QM portal can be easily linked; your employees can, for example, submit reports or download documents from the DMS.

Also included are classic news, a news ticker or news carousel for special information. It is also possible to regularly read out e.g. meal or duty rosters from a folder, store entire image galleries or display your own divisional and departmental pages (e.g. an extra page with information from the employee representatives).

All content can be easily assigned to persons through authorizations and can be easily created and edited by them without HTML knowledge or other programming experience.

easyAudit

This module enables you to plan and document all types of audits and inspections (e.g. data protection, fire protection, hygiene or classic QM inspections). It can also be used to prepare for inspections by the Medical Service, e.g. as part of the G-BA guidelines.

Create your own question pools (also possible via import) and use them to create templates that can be used again and again. Carry out your inspections online or offline.
Formulate measures in the event of deviations and continuously monitor their degree of implementation.

As with all other modules, you are completely free in the assignment of rights (who can do what?) and also in the number of your authorized employees (appoint half of the staff as internal auditors and spread the responsibility over many shoulders).

Surveys and evaluations

This module provides immediate clarity. Ask your employees or external persons (patients, doctors in private practice or other cooperation partners) about a wide range of topics.

Evaluations are available immediately after submitting a completed form.

This module also allows you to display your corporate design with individual colors and logos, thus creating a recognition value. The self-created questionnaires and forms can be integrated back into the intranet, for example.

QS-report

The smart quality report from 3M guides you intuitively and easily through the mandatory creation process and, in addition to individual PDFs in the corporate design, also offers various import options for quick maintenance of your data.

CIRS – Critical Incident Reporting Systems

The module not only enables you to record, process and evaluate critical incidents (CIRS – Critical Incident Reporting System), but also to make various other events available to your employees as a digitally fillable form. For example, data protection violations, whistleblowing or suggestions for improvement. You can create as many report forms as you like, again in your corporate design. Designate report processors and create measures if required.

This module also includes an evaluation that shows you the status of your reports and measures quickly and clearly. For example, you can also link a small dashboard with the reports already received for the year to the intranet to motivate other employees to submit a report.

Projectmanager

With the 3M Project Manager, you can create your projects quickly, easily and clearly with a project team, deadlines and comprehensible documentation and track them at any time.

3M™ easySTROPS – structural testing made easy

Various laws and guidelines now make various prospective audits by the medical service in hospitals mandatory. For example, requirements are clearly regulated for billing-relevant OPS codes (StrOPS RL) or G-BA guidelines (such as QSFFx, QBAA or QFR).

We have developed the web-based software easyHub (formerly easySTROPS) to support you in the process of structural checks.

This enables a clear presentation of all OPS codes to be applied for, G-BA guidelines and, in future, service groups (NRW and federal government according to KHVVG) with mapping of assigned organizational areas, responsibilities and deadlines. Necessary characteristics, including evidence, are specified by the system and can be maintained here by filing documents. Email reminders help to ensure that applications are processed and submitted on time.

3M™ MD-Management

We have been co-operating with 3M™ Health Information Systems for many years. One of the focal points of this co-operation has been the 3M™ MD-Management software. This is a module of the 3M™ 360 Encompass software that supports health facilities and hospitals with verification requests.

Sequence and process controls integrated within the framework of a centralised but also cross-departmental administration are already enabled with the admission of the patient. the saved client-specific workflow with firmly defined work steps, custom reminder functions and deadline management in conformity with the German Test Procedure Agreement (PrüfvV) supports you in this. This thereby guarantees that there is always a timely and rapid reaction to all requests of the payers and the Medical Service.

Through the depiction of professional evaluations and analyses before, during and after reviews as well as the presentation of success rates of disputed cases, 3M™ MD-Management enables you to always have an up-to-date view of open and reviewed cases. This also makes lucrative and usually required liquidity planning possible.
