A short story about team spirit

In 2009, OINK slipped into an existential crisis. The survival of the company with 10 employees at the time was at stake. However, Holger and Christian as Managing directors believed in a turnaround, and if this were to happen, they would need ALL of their colleagues at the time for the recovery. Solution: all employees, without exception, agreed to forgo considerable salary components for an indefinite period of time so that everyone could stay with OINK. Holger and Christian promised to return to normality as soon as economically possible.

The team, as well as Christian and Holger, had no guarantee that the plan would work out. Nevertheless, they renounced together, trusting in themselves, their colleagues and the management. This is team spirit!
