1999

A HOME FOR START-UPS

25 years ago, the 3-person OINK team moved into their first official office. Because we were moving into a newly opened start-up centre (RTZ Köln), the local press was also there, and we have them to thank for this old photo! Today, with more than 80 colleagues in 5 business units, we look back on our still short history with curiosity, nostalgia, sometimes pride and sometimes amusement.

1999

25 meets 125

The Rhineland Chamber of Agriculture was one of our very first customers. We are all the more proud of our uninterrupted co-operation since 1999! In 2004, the Rhineland Chamber of Agriculture merged with the Westphalia-Lippe Chamber of Agriculture to become the North Rhine-Westphalia North Rhine-Westphalia Chamber of Agriculture.

2018

COLOGNE meets BERLIN

A highlight in our 25-year history was the opening of our location in Berlin 6 years ago - the OINK IT Service Team was launched. From the very beginning, we were able to provide 1st and 2nd level support for all software products of our partner 3M™ Health Information Systems (Solventumfor a few weeks now) in Germany.

2007

3M™ – QS-Bericht – smart since 2007

In summer 2007, the German Joint Federal Committee decided that the structured quality report for hospitals should also be produced in a database version. XML was specified as the output format. This decision also marked the start of the success story of our 3M™ QS-Bericht software.
In collaboration with our long-standing partner 3M HIS (now Solventum HIS), we introduced one of the first web-based solutions on the market in 2007 and provided it with extensive design options.

2009

A short story about team spirit

In 2009, OINK slipped into an existential crisis. The survival of the company, which had 10 employees at the time, was uncertain. However, Holger Bertok and Christian Cuzmin, the managing directors, believed in a turnaround. Without exception, all employees agreed to forego significant salary components so that everyone could stay with OINK. Holger and Christian promised to return to normality as soon as possible.

We all do it together, trusting in ourselves, trusting in our colleagues and trusting in the management. That's team spirit! A few months later, the hoped-for turnaround came and Holger and Christian kept their promise.

2019

Revenue protection for clinics

Five years ago, Viktoria Tiedemann and a small team took on the first coding revision and primary coding projects for OINK. Our OINK Medical Controlling division was born.

With success: over 100 clinics nationwide now trust our expertise. We would like to express our sincere thanks❣

Timetable

1999 - With the move into the technology and start-up center on the right bank of the Rhine in Cologne, OINK officially launches as a provider of online solutions. The first industry focus is agriculture.

2004 - Start of the Medical Software division with the development of the of the quality management software QM Portal. In the meantime, over 650 hospitals trust our software solutions.

2005 - Start of the fruitful cooperation with 3M Health Information Systems, now Solventum HIS.

2018 - Our IT service division starts its work at the at the Berlin site. Central service: 1st and 2nd level support for software software users in the healthcare sector.

2019 - The newly created Medical Controlling division supports clinics in securing revenues and being economically profitable. Our specialists have been able to convince over 110 clinics to date.

2023 - Finding good personnel has become an increasingly important increasingly important task for many companies in recent years. Our new business division Recruiting division offers professional temporary staffing and direct placement and brings people together who are a good match.
